Edo Competition Ferrari ZXX, FXX who survived the waters
A year ago we had the heartbreak in the body. The businessman Zahir Rana was competing in the Targa rally Newfound Land with Enzo Ferrari prepared by Edo Competition – designed to perform at the level of an FXX – and after a treacherous curve, the expensive supercar ended up falling into a lake of salt water. Fortunately the car did not suffer too much damage. He was quickly moved to Edo facilities in Germany, which has just completed its restoration.
The result is the Edo Competition Ferrari ZXX you see in the pictures, a supercar of the highest caliber with a preparation of heart. Damaged body parts have been replaced by aluminum craft pieces, like the front bumper or some rear moldings. Grace is in the details, which distinguish the body kit Edo Competition Enzo in which this was originally based, as a new optical front and rear.
Leaks are shaped like small cannons, emanating from the hole where the original Enzo were in the rear light. The interior is supposed to have been completely renovated, saltwater flooding left it unusable. However, it is difficult to know what they have posted images thereon.
As for the powerful engine V12, and had been brought to 6.3 liters and 840 hp by Edo Competition before the accident. After the disaster, the propellant has been saved and some additional modifications have been its power to 950 hp, possibly to a figure close to 10,000 rpm. A beast that we hope that it does not end its days under water. I wonder if they made a waterproof component, I would put a special air intake wading.
